What’s Hot in the Tropics
For all those attractive and appealing clothes that are only worn in summer and early fall for most persons who experience the four seasons but for all those who live in a tropical area that sees summer all year round, for them these are everyday clothing. Skinny or straight legged jeans are still a force to be reckoned with in tropical countries. Ladies in countries like Jamaica are still wearing this style well and it seems like it will be awhile before a pair of jeans like this go out of style. On the main university campuses styles such as these are worn daily by most girls. Polka dotted dresses or tops, plaids and vests are still hot fashion. Accessories play a big part in completing an outfit and it is absolutely in but not to be over the top or over done. Belts, large belts that were worn by your parents in the 60’s or 70’s have found their way back into the fashion world and are worn with almost anything. Earth tone colours were the new black for the Christmas season. Aéropostale shirts, baby tees, bags, jeans or whatever the brand branded was totally wearing in the fall season and may well start off the year’s what to wear list. Pumps, wedges, stilettos and shorts made strong impact and still the preferred choice for dressing up or down for a night out. Finally, if you were on one of the more popular university campuses and you were not carrying an ipod or video ipod, a Motorola Slvr L7 (the preferred choice) or L6 or one of those ericsson phones that can record music and play mp3’s that can take good pictures and record as well, an LG chocolate or a digital camera with a high resolution then you were totally out of sync and not following the trends.
