Perfume Hunting

So the other day I went perfume shopping and I ended up leaving the store with this Gucci perfume that smells great. So I was smelling or sampling some others approxiamtely 4 other perfumes and well my 2 favourites were J'adore by Dior and Gucci Eau de Parfum 2. J'adore has this fresh floral bouquet scent that captures the essence of the 21st century woman. Deeply sensual and totally feminine.

Well I do not think anything was as bad as Britney Spears In Control Curious and Curious because both had me being curious as to what the hek people were wasting their money on. According to Macy's In control Curious is rated 4/5 stars or 80% of their customers would recommend this product to a friend and frankly if my friend recommended it for me I would think she is mean and hates me. Neither of these perfume smelled nice they just had this funny, awful, weird smell about them.

J LO's Glow is said to be fabulous and have a sexy fresh scent and contains orange flower, rose, sandalwood, vanilla and musk. Well I was not really thrilled by it but it was just ok. There was nothing really special about it; I love most of her songs and movies but this perfume was not portraying her talents at all.

My Christmas Gift

Well I accompanied my friend the other day to a store for him to buy colognes and stuff. Not knowing that I was going to be picking out my own Christmas present and what a surprise that was when I got it :) Well I got a new perfume from Gucci and it smells awesome, it's definitely something that reflects me. Gucci Eau de Parfum 2 is simply delightful and smells wonderful. It has this floral, fruity and fresh fragrance about it and can be worn for any occassion.

Game consoles vie for next-gen supremacy

Once again, three major video game consoles are set to battle just as the holiday shopping season gets in gear. And just like the last round of console wars five years back, the players are Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. In the fall of 2001, tunleshed the Xbox on a world that was skeptical of the computer software giant's ability to compete with the more experienced companies. Around the same time, Nintendo also released their new console, the Gamecube. But Sony, building on its success of their first machine, had a one-year head start with the PlayStation 2.

This time, Sony isn’t first-to-market with their console—that honor goes to Microsoft’s Xbox 360. The company’s second entry into the console wars was released a year ago, and has generated strong reviews and decent sales. And Nintendo’s Wii, with its unique, motion-sensing controller, has generated good pre-release buzz. And Sony? Manufacturing problems have caused delays and shortages for their PlayStation 3 launch.
So the million (billion)-dollar question is, on the eve of the PlayStation 3 and Wii launches: Is the balance of power shifting in the game industry? Let's take a look at some of the factors that will come into play.

Fashion Tip

Skinny/ straight legged jeans are definitely in style right now. Well it is true that fashion repeats itself because I definitely remember wearing these same pair of jeans back in the early 1990's that now seem to be the big hit in fashion. Anyhow I still think they are hot and what makes them great is that size or shape is not a problem. They look great on anyone when worn properly that is the right top, pair of shoes and accesories. When all of this is taken to consideration one will defintely have all eyes on them. Well if some persons are wondering what kind of shoes to wear this jeans with well you can always try ballet shoes or flats for a casual look and definitely a nice pair of pumps or cute wedged heel shoes to dress it up.

I know this has nothing to do with my content but i saw it on msn and thought it was really interesting and cool and thought i'd just share it with my viewers :)

Nancy Rica Schiff's books, "Odd Jobs," and its sequel "Odder Jobs," showcase portraits of individuals across America with some of the most out-of-the-ordinary occupations. From dog food testers to odor judges, Schiff introduces readers to people and jobs existing beyond the usual classifieds.

Here are some of Schiff's Odd Jobs:

Moto's Hot New Phone

Motorola KRZR K1 : Vapid, For Material Girls

The catwalk-worthy phone got praised for her glossy curves and excellent sound qualilty. Also noteworthy is the phone's battery life, which MB quotes as lasting 8 days on standby and 3 days with heavy use. The quadband phone also supports A2DP Bluetooth and can be set up to receive POP3 e-mail. An informant in the mobile phone industry tells us that the KRZR's fine shell, and vapid feature set make it a phone only bought up by superficial ladies.
